The beautiful old building with luxury modern decor provided a charming and elegant atmosphere that added to the romantic ambiance. the hotel's key location next to the harbor allowed us to easily explore the heart of the city and enjoy fine views.

As longer-term business travelers, we really appreciated the convenient location, attentive staff, and beautifully decorated rooms at Bank Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of options, and the dining room had a gorgeous atmosphere. The cocktail bars were fantastic, offering a fun and lively experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with local recommendations and even surprised us with thoughtful treats for my boyfriend's birthday. a truly fantastic hotel!

The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast options, with a delicious buffet and tasty dishes from the kitchen. I also enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing bar/lounges, each with its own unique atmosphere. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a plush bed and a clean, updated bathroom with great shower pressure. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, central location, and wonderful amenities.

From the exclusive amenities to the personalized service, I felt truly pampered. the facial and massage treatments were divine and the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax. I appreciated the in-room breakfast and private facilities, which added to the overall luxurious experience. the restaurant and bar/lounge area was elegant and the special diet menu was a thoughtful touch.

Spacious room, superb dinners, fantastic breakfast, central location, hip rooftop and bar.

The hotel is situated in a great area, with everything interesting in the city within walking distance. The location is exceptional, providing easy access to the main attractions of the city. Guests can explore the area easily without the need for transportation. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options and is an incredible value for money.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the corridors, which could have been improved.

We had an absolutely luxurious stay in this hotel. the exclusive amenities like the rooftop bar, massage and beauty treatments made our stay so special. the room was spacious and the decor was modern and chic. the staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to ensure our every need was met.

One minor issue was the noise from the construction going on outside the hotel. this did not take away from the overall experience we had at this venue.
